Can any of you group users pass me a name and number of someone(off list) who may be able to help us with AR performance issues in Epicor 9? We do have customizations, custom forms, and BPMs, most of which are business critical. Turning them off for an entire day to see it fixes our issues (as Epicor support suggested) isn't quite what we can do. If you have some good suggestions, that'd be appreciated.
