Ok need some help.
We had a sales order with two releases.
When the release was just about complete, we added a PCID to the packing slip, and it
split the pcid and lot onto that release, and the next release.
Neither our PCIDs (should not), nor our lots (cannot) be split like this.
How do we prevent this?
Would your end goal be to decrease the second release by the overage? Or would you just overship the entire quantity?
Overship the quantity.
But just in general, this logic makes no sense. The system should not be making assumptions on what I want to do.
Isn’t this what Artificial Intelligence is all about?
