<div id="ygrps-yiv-1253285880">I have created a report for editing labor.  I need to tweak my overtime calculation.  <br/>
<br/>
                                                                IIF(LaborHoursTotal &gt; 40, LaborHoursTotal - 40,0)<br/>
<br/>
If the report is run over a period of a year or even a month, instead of just a week, the overtime is miscalculated.  Any suggestions?<br/>
