Pack ID - Shipped with no Line details

We have a Pack ID that was shipped with no ShipDtl records. There were no lines on the Pack ID but is showing as shipped. Is there a way to delete a shipped Pack ID that has no shipped lines?

Can’t you un-ship it?

No, when we try to unship it, an error message comes up saying “Lines do not exist for the shipment. Staging not allowed.”

I have had to get support involved on these issues to mark the rogue pack as invoiced behind the scenes.

We tried running the CVPACKIV.r fix to mark it as invoiced but the fix returned a similar “No ShipDtl record is available.” error message. Was there a different fix you received?

Sorry, I don’t remember the exact fix we ran, it has quite been a while.
