Pack Out Does Not Populate ShipCOO – Need Correct BPM Method & Dataset for Custom COO Update

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement related to Pack Out Entry in Kinetic.
When a part is added to a shipment through Pack Out, the Country of Origin should populate the ShipCOO.OrigCountry field based on Part.ISOrigCountryNum.

Epicor has an open issue where PackOut does not automatically create or update ShipCOO records. We are trying to implement a BPM workaround.

When I looked at this a couple of months ago I found that the ShipCOO was populated from the PartCOO and not from the field above.

I have 25 records from one part number where the country differs in September and October, but I am guessing that was intentionally changed to USA, but without a change log I could not prove it. All the rest line up.
