We are experiencing issues with Pack Out after update where our shippers are getting an error that no open order release exists after inputting a quantity into pack out. Looking at all order and job information and everything is open. If we create a new pack for the same order most times the error will go away.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Yes we are having the same issue. I am working with Epicor Support now on it. So far they said they have been unable to replicate the issue. We’re on 10.2.400
Do you happen to put mulitple orders on a single pack? This morning I was able to find out they they start PackOut with a different order than the one input to create the original pack.
In our process we create all the header info in the office then they just scan the orders into pack out.
