Pack Shipped Checkbox (ReadyToInvoice) and Status Issues - Inter

Thanks for the reply! I figured it was most likely a bug, but its nice to know that someone else can confirm this.

Would you mind sharing your "fixer" BPMs so I can take a look at what you're doing?

We went live with intercompany trading several weeks ago and are now having a sporadic issue with shipping. Basically, on some, but not all intercompany orders (between the same two companies) when we print the pack slip and are prompted "Is this Packing Slip ready to Ship?", we select "Yes" but the Shipped checkbox (ReadyToInvoice) on the pack is not getting automatically checked and the status of the pack stays at "Open". I just tested two identical orders and the Shipped checkbox checked and status updated to "Shipped" on one while the other didn't. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

We're on Vantage 8.03.409a SQL.
