Packing slip Blank Title 80274

I'm talking about the packing slip report. Look at the online help on report style maintenance. There's a tutorial there that walks you through creating a new report style.

Can I remove a salesperson's name from a packing slip but still keep the information in the customer information?

Sure. Just make a copy of the packslip, save it in CustomReports, edit it in Crystal Reports, set the properties of the field and the label to "Suppressed", make that a new Report Style, and set that Report Style to be the default for your users.
