In Site Config - Enable Package Control is on.
I try to follow the seemingly simple steps in the User Guide page 1033 (Stardard PackOut) but it does not work.
Step 3 - Enter order number does not work by searching and selecting an order, or manually entering an order. What gives?
Did you select create a new pack then click on the Order Number to search?
Yep. Nothing happens when I click new pack. Then it’s greyed out and cant click it again.
Is Pack Out Management enabled in licensing? I recall the same behavior when I first installed and did not enable.
Honestly, I am not even sure where to go check licensing info. I do have it enabled on the config screen.
You will need access to your Epicor Admin Console to check for the license. In the EAC, click on the Server Management, then click on the instance of the DB, example EpicorTest10. Click on Licensing, then in the middle window, right click the Installation name. In the popup Company Name site, Properties window click on the Module tab then sort by the module name. Look for Shipping and Receiving, make sure the Licensed and Enabled columns are both checked.
Any idea what the official name of this module would be?
