We are allowing the creation of a new part (into the 'Part' table) thru the configurator, but would like the part.description for that 'new' part to be equal to the QuoteDtl part description
( or something different than the 'Configured Part' description).
'Set Rules' allows only the 4 tables to be accessed/altered.
Has anyone found a way to do this, or have a similar problem?
I'm guessing a 'progress' procedure would have to be written.
