Just got a note from Epicor.
This is a known bug & is being looked at.
No fix yet.

You should not need to close part maintenance. You should be
able to clear the filter and then press enter to see everything.

Hi,



I'm doing a LOT of part entry today. I've started to notice
that searching for parts seems to retain filters from previous searchs. This
has resulted in me not being able to see parts that I know exist. I have to
close the Part File Maintenance screen and reopen it, then searches start
working properly again. It's a minor thing, BUT, we are migrating from
Dataflo and one of the selling points I have been using for my end users is
how much easier it will be to find parts. Now it looks like searching is
unreliable. Has anybody else noticed this problem?

Any ideas what causes it?
