This is a new Kinetic only field as this functionality came in recently. Field help is empty for it. Anyone know the hierarchy? Part Class vs Part Detail vs Part Site version of this field?
Some kind of custom layer thing as BASE Kinetic works.
It looks like this would set the default value for new Part Site records much like the other fields on this section that don’t really do anything if you aren’t creating a PartPlant record.
Edit: If I recall, PartPlant has had the field for this forever, but it was never exposed to the UI.
