Part is showing OnHandQty under Sites, but not under Bins

Hello,

We have a part showing OnHandQty for our Atlanta location under Part Tracker–Sites with Qty of 1.00. Yet, under the Bins tab we do not see it showing in an Atlanta Warehouse/Bin.

SQL server is showing demandQty of 1.00 for our ‘duppsatl’ warehousecode for this part. I read some people attempting to run these two reports to fix it:

“Refresh Part Quantities and Allocations” or “Refresh PartBin QOH From PartTran”

Yes, these 2 processes are used to fix the quantity issues. I think you can filter these processes with your problematic part. These processes will show change impact in form of a report first and then you can confirm and commit the changes.
