Part issue & receipt control

Farshad,

There are two for receipt "Receipt and Receipt from mfg". I have not worked
with these but most of the time you can run a message from the update
section of the method.

We tried using BPM, but could only managean action (change status of job to
closed) after the event (issuing to job hasexceeded the required qty). Could
you please give some pointers on the BPM,like which business object to be
used in BPM and some basic details on thesame?

If you are on Version 8.03.400 you could use the BPMmodule to restrict
users to control this.

Is there anyway we could control the issue of materials to a job, such that
the user does not issue more materials on the job without an approval?
Is there anyway we could stop the user from receiving more items into
Inventory from the Job using the Job Receipt to Inventory option, than the
Qty completed on the job?

If you are on Version 8.03.400 you could use the BPM module to restrict
users to control this.
