In Part Maintenance, when I type in a part number or search/select a part number, none of the fields populate. They all remain blank. This happens no matter which part number I try to open.
The problem started after I used our Test environment, which is a different version of E10, and then switched back to Live.
Interestingly, I can still use Quote and Configurator Designer with no problems. The only modules that won’t work are Part Maintenance and Engineering Workbench.
I have tried clearing my client cache through Settings, and manually, but it didn’t help. I can’t find anything about this on the web. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Looks like you have a Customization layer. It may be in your code. Because regular Part Maintenance does not contain the word ORTON in the title, so you may need to paste your code.
