Part On Hand Status / Dashboard

In vantage, the menu Executive analysis -- Status dashboard -- Part on
Hand Status, me, when I open this dashboard, I see the filter to search
the partnum. But when couple of people when he open this dashboard, he
don't see the filter for search the part. I don't know to appear this
option ?
