Part received with entered into Inventory with incorrect LOT Number and then issued out. How can we fix to correct LOT Number?

We received a part in and entered an incorrect LOT NUMBER on it and accidentally issued this part out with the incorrect LOT number. We need to fix the part’s LOT and all of the transactions to the correct LOT Number. The part number is BEL-0017-316L-1001, incorrect LOT number is 194146. We need the LOT CORRECTED to 090821 but as mentioned, we already issued some of it with the incorrect LOT NUMBER. What can we do to fix this?

You have to return the material back to inventory and then do a inventory transfer to the correct lot. Then reissue the material
