We are opening Part Ran History Tracker with the kinetic screen. It is taking over 5 minutes to populate the list of parts on the screen., and just as long when trying to search for them. If we only type the part number in, it will come up quickly. Anyone else have this issue?
I did a test in my 23.1.5 that I am reviewing and the initial screen of 100 parts loaded in a few seconds. I entered a label we put on everything and it took less than a minute to load 52,309 records.
We did a restart over the weekend, and now it is working normally again. I’m thinking an update happened or someone used the dmt for a lot of part info and a restart helped smooth it out.
