I am still trying to use the PartDtl file in a BAQ.
Below is a summary of what the combination of three fields mean.
Based on what I saw using BAQ -
SUN-xxxDemand-by-Month-Scratch.
PartDtl File - sort of the time-phase screen - NO cost and Average-cost
is not correct for some !!!!!
