In June I deleted an entire cycle count program. We had not posted anything. We did enter tag counts on two or three of the 100 cycles I had generated and fetched parts for.

These are the notes I had made. It’s not much, but I was surprised how little I had to do. I was expecting a fight.

- I cancelled the **counted** cycles one by one in Count Cycle Maintenance.
- Then I went to Cycle Count Schedule Maintenance and deleted all remaining open cycles (87 of them) with a single click in the Actions menu
- Then for good measure, I deleted the schedule and then I deleted the period in Cycle Count Period Definition Maintenance.
