Partwhse doesn't match part bin

My partwhse doesn't match with my open order, my partbin. If I check my open order is not the same number of the Partwhse.salesAllocQty. If I check the picked and picked not match. I running the program conversion 6430. But, the program suppress the partwhse.allocqty, if I have the number on picking, picked. The total is running only if I have the date on SalesAllocQty. Do you have the same problem ? How did you resolve ?
