Pass Multiple Parameters To Open Demand Entry

I am trying to have a button in Application Studio that will launch the Demand Entry app opened to a specific record. The demand entry screen requires both a Demand Contract and a PO Number. Can anyone assist with how I need to pass these two values to open the specific PO? I know how to open the Part Entry using the Launch Options valueIn, but I am stumped by this scenario needing multiple values. The EpiBinding is MultiKeySearch.DemandContract and MultiKeySearch.PONum. Version 2022.1.17.
