Prior to upgrading to 6.0, we had just set up our shop leads with
security to log into the data collection screen with a password
(using the DC option on user security and then adding the password to
their employee ID in payroll) which allowed them to bring up job
tracker right at the data collection screen. However, we upgraded
from 5.1 to 6.0 this weekend,and now when they try to enter their
password at the data collection screen it gives the following
error "userfile record has no lock status. update to field not
allowed (396). I called Epicor support...they did not have immediate
answer and said would need to look into. Anybody else run across a
similar error?
