Hello, I hope everyone is having a fantabulous day ! I am attempting to update our burden rates and I am very new Epicor. No techs here to consult with everyone in this company has to learn for themselves. So I got to knowledgebase to update burden rates and I get hung up in ‘pasting’ update spreadsheet back in. the selection to paste update is greyed out. can anyone advise what I am missing. I am almost there. Thanks!!
Are you using the Kinetic screens? You can’t paste insert or paste update in Kinetic screens to my knowledge. It’s only in classic that you can.
Paste update/new is an option in kinetic. The grid you are trying to update might have it disabled. You might have to go into application studio an enable it.
At least this is my guess

They must have added that in 25? We don’t have that in 24.2.
I could be wrong, but I thought it has been there for a while now

Maybe it’s just disabled on every screen. Will have to check!

Ok, it’s there in 24.2. But is disabled on every screen I’ve checked. Works to enable. Thanks!

I just needed to enable it in the layer. Not sure why it’s off for some and not others.
