I am fighting with Epicor on this very issue right now. We tested on 700 and everything was fine. We decided to patch to 701 when we went live and have had nothing but problems. Any query on the database seems to take forever.
I spent 10 hours last night performing a binary dump and load at the request of tech support. Guess what, no luck. Our Scatter Factor after is 3.9.
I will be back on the phone with them this morning.
