Depends on how the software for transferring the payment info from Vantage
to the vendor works. We are able to include an invoice #-Much like the wire
transfers we receive from overseas. Otherwise, I agree.

Hi Group:
About a month ago there was some discussion on paying vendors
electronically. It was very helpful, but I have another question.
How do you notify the vendors which invoice(s) are being paid? It seems
that if you still have to send them a remittance advice by mail, you haven't
gained that much. Same goes for faxing or emailing all the remittances....
So, just wondering how others are handling that.
