We’ve recently moved from Classic to Kinetic UI and our AP team is reporting that Payment Tracker won’t open. This is a stock dashboard from Epicor. Did they merge this into another form for Kinetic?

Do you have the “form to use” set as Classic?
Yes, it’s on the menu also in AP and Cash folders under Finance but there is no Kinetic UI version of the form. If the Edge Agent is installed it’ll open Classic UI. Since that is going away soon there should be a Kinetic equivalent.
AP Invoice Tracker should work but if they only have the check# it’s harder to search.

Ours was base as it’s a base dashboard from Epicor we never bothers to copy the menu ID to our Company to change it. I have now set it like @Nancy_Hoyt suggested.

Just expanding on Nancy’s excellent answer, I recognized commands that begin with SV belong to the ShopVision module which is a part of Executive Analysis as David mentioned. For some reason, the SV menu items were not loaded and the solution is exactly what Nancy and Randy suggested:
Of course, we could submit a case to fix this in the future…

None of the three locations were set right but it was a quick fix to copy the menu item and update. Faster than rebuilding the old dashboard from scratch.
