we have Paylocity as payroll system. Has someone has done an Interfase or DMT to bring the payroll journals form an external payroll system into EPICOR Kinetics. Need some guidance on the topic. Much appreciate.

Workato connector library: connect your apps in minutes | Workato
Search paylocity and you’ll see there is a connector.
That means you can use Epicor Automation Studio (powered by workato) to integrate the two if you wish.

Thanks for the update. Have you use the company before ? if you did what integration did you went through ?
We have Paycom currently, and they send us a formatted file based on the DMT “GL Combined” template. My payroll person downloads the file and drops it in a shared folder on the server. I have a PowerShell script to pick up the file and run a DMT for Import. Works just fine.

No I never have used that company, but I have built an integration in workato (in a lab) and have seen others demonstrate working integrations that they made using Workato so it does work and would work for your paylocity intentions.

We’re moving to UKG for Payroll and will be doing a big two-way Workato API integration near the end of the year. I have so much hope for this, but also a lot of hesitation.

Just curious how the UKG integration went. Would you recommend it?
LOL - No integration yet. We’ve spent a lot of time on all the other modules, but I plan to start it right after Insights. I do have a formatted Excel workbook and a couple of SQL scripts to pull and compare payroll data each pay period - I’m using it to make sure all the hours are correct, as well as the GL distribution - and it’s the basis of the data for the integration.
Our biggest problem is the supervisors schedule and how often they are willing to commit to auditing/fixing data. They only want to do it once a pay period, but the I can’t bring over the data regularly because it doubles the corrections. PITA right now until I can get some commitment from them.
We have figured out the various triggers we want to implement and in the end I think it’ll be great 
I am hoping that in our delay, that someone in the Workato community has built something for UKG for me to start with!
