(PAYROLL) Printing the payroll check register in 3.0

I am in 3.0 and tried to print the payroll check register. We are currently
processing payroll in Vantage to include cutting checks. It does not matter
what period I try to print, it tells there are no payroll records available
for processing.

Any ideas?
