Are you just starting payroll with Vantage? If so have you checked the box
to "Feed to Payroll" under company configuration (under Data Collection)?
I believe not having this correct will give you this error.

P.S. If this is your problem - I believe for the this group you will manually need to change this optionl. Job Management - Labor Entry - Choose Employee - Update Time - Check box for payroll.
