Payroll

We've encountered that type of situation before. Frustrating, isn't it? Do
you have the medical insurance flagged as a carryover item so that the
balance will get paid on the next check IF your payroll people overlook the
need to manually change the deduction?

To those that use vantage payroll...any trouble with the deduction priority
not working as it should. We had a situation where an hourly employee did
not have enough hours to cover medical insurance and the fixed direct
deposit, so instead of taking $50 for medical and adjusting the fixed direct
deposit amount of $450, the system adjusted the medical to $27 and the
direct deposit remained at $450. All of the deduction priorities are set
correctly.

Thanks.
