I'm not sure of the exact rules but anecdotally, it worked perfectly
as expected for us when we were operating 24 hours with 3 shifts. The
PayrollDate for our third shift beginning at 11pm would be rolled
forward to the next day as expected.
The biggest problem in V6 and in V8.00 (not sure if it's been fixed in
later versions) are the Labor Edit and Production Detail reports are
NOT adjusted for PayrollDate but instead use ClockInDate. Not good!
I have had to rewrite both of these reports. It's a real shame but
Epicor forces you to have a good reporting person on staff or spend
big bucks on consultants to customize what should be basic data data
requirements.

thedefinition of whether the Payroll date is rolled forward or

don't want tomake an assumption. Is it configured somewhere or just
follows astandard rule?
