PDF995 - unable to print Quotes as PDF files

The sad thing is that it is happening to me too. I had already given
permissions to everyone on that folder.



Shouldn't it automatically prompt you for a path once you have selected
the printer "pdf995" instead of just processing it into never never
land?

PDF995 has some issues with permissions on the local computer.

For our installation, it worked fine if you were an Administrator, but
did
exactly what you're describing for everyone else.

The program installs to C:\PDF995 by default. Make sure that everyone
has
Read/Write permissions to that folder. If you are in a Windows Domain,
all
you have to do is grant read/write permissions to that folder for your
domain users group.

When we go into a quote to print to PDF995 it doesn't prompt us for a
place
to put the document and doesn't print anything, anywhere.
