Any one seen this? I thought it was due to the fact that AR Clearing was switched on in Company Config but in our Test DB we don’t have it own. (Clone from Live)

Hi Aaron, I did some research on this a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly it is just a warning and the posting should still go through. Check the Book Maintenance>Posting>Validations tab. Should shed some light on what you have set up in your book.

We had a credit memo go to the RJ with a similar error. Turns out a part didn’t have the GL set correctly. Shot in the dark…
What is your SegValue2? For us it’s what Epicor calls “Division.” Is it that, or your Department/Sales Category?
Because that thing always tries to plug in the division and we just don’t have a division GL set up on some of the sites, and that’s OK. I’ve learned to ignore the warnings.
