Personalization Question (job tracker)

Hi,
Is there a way to control which tab a tracker opens in? Whenever i open the job tracker, it goes to “Job Details > Operation tab” by default. I want it to open in the “Job” tab, where i could enter the job number.

Also, how do i open a window in full screen by default?

Select the Tab you want first, and the size of the screen (resize it) then Right click on the form and click Save Layout.
