Physical Inventory Count

Hi Everyone,

I am getting prepared for our annual inventory count and we have yet to incorporate Epicor in this process. Have read through the inventory management course and it appears to be pretty straightforward but I have run into an issue already. When trying to Initialize Physical Inventory Count, I am unable to select a warehouse. We only have 1 warehouse setup and I am completely dumbfounded that I cannot select it here.

Any suggestions?

Make sure that someone else didn’t create a Count Entry group referencing this warehouse.

Also check to make sure that no one else accidentally already initiated it.
