Is there a form, method or other way in Epicor 9 to pick up product from a customer that does not require an RMA? There are times when we have to pick up a product sample to see if we can manufacture it and we need paperwork to track it
Set the Customer up as a Vendor and issue a PO for the part/qty with zero cost?
