Has anyone noticed that their AppServer Log files are nor being created in Pilot??
We are Epicor Cloud…

Production is ok.
I have some from today, but I am Flex 2 and still on Windows.
What is the easiest way to find out if I am on the Linux server(s)

Hi, I had this issue before and opened a case with Epicor to fix it, the cloud team had to change appserver settings. For me, the server url changed from /SaaSxxx/ to /server/ at the same time.
Logging was working as in files were being created, but only logging EpicAdmin user, not any other user info.
Ours is working. I just downloaded some today to match up with a Correlation ID.

I thought I was also missing the logs yesterday when I was troubleshooting something until I realized they were further up the list - not in the same date sequence.
Sorting by date doesn’t currently work correctly.
The good ol everything is a text string…
Oh yeah, they did change the naming of the logs recently, so the older logs and newer logs are now in different “Sections” of the list.
