PM Contracts

Just looking for suggestions on the following:
Our company will be starting to sell PM contracts to our clients. With an
annual maintenance contract a client will get a yearly tune up visit from a
mechanic, 10% discount on parts, and a reduced labor rate on work not
covered by our warranty.

We have the Field Service Module for Vantage, but I am looking for a way to
give an employee a more visual clue to let them know that a customer is
under warranty, or has a current annual maintenance contract. So they will
charge the client for the correct amount.

Wondering how others are tackling this issue?
