PO Form Number Blank Title 81661

Its just a number. It doesn't come from anywhere and doesn't mean anything as far as I can tell. Its just set as the variable @FormsNumber whose formula is this:

'POForm'+':'+'001'+':'+'00'

Kind of silly unless I'm missing something. :)
