PO Print Question

The printed po will still show the original order quantity. It doesn't
reduce the quantity to reflect receipts.

This leads me to a question for those on 5.2 or 6.0. If you Print a PO as
"Print as Changed", and you have already received a release on the PO, will
the "Changed" PO show you how many you have received so far? We change PO's
quite often, and sometimes the Vendor will send us a new order for the TOTAL
ORDER QTY, rather than the NET Quantity due. By having the ReceivedQty on
the PO, as well as the BalanceDue, it lets the Vendor know many pieces to
send us after the amended PO. Has anyone seen an update on this issue in
5.2 or 6.0?

buttons in PO entry for "Print as New" or "Print as Changed". I didn't

anything in the Help, and couldn't figure out the ramifications of marking
this one way or the other. I am still on version 3.0, so I don't know if
this radio button choice is still around in later versions.

If you print as changed the PO print the original PO date and then the
change date.

This "Revised" label is not printing on our forms. I will look into our
modified Crystal form to see if it is missing there and add it if it is.
