I've had trouble with PCL 6 drivers on a variety of printers (from many
windoze applications) and no longer bother even loading them - just go
straight for the PCL 5. Also had trouble with an HP 2100 not ejecting
Progress style reports from Vantage; using a 6P driver for vantage
printing cured that. Also, printers have different sized page borders or
margins where they are mechanically unable to print. On some, like your
HP-II, I think it's as big as 0.25" Setting your Crystal page margins
large enough to accommodate all printers may help.
Vantage 4 specific problems -- The Crystal 7 DLLs that were installed with
mine were NOT the latest & greatest "Maintenance 1" release from
SeaGate. I replaced them with my own, as they had cured some other
problems in my 3.0 installation.
Are you using a modified, or stock 4.0 PO form ?
