PO Receipt Tags

I am having some issues with the tags that are printing out from the following location:
Production Management - Data Collection - Handheld - Shipping & Receiving - PO Receipts

We are not using the handheld to access the menu item, instead we are using the regular Epicor screen, just on a tablet.

When we print from the menu item we do not have the option to print a label or tag, the screen only allows the material tag to print. When we tried to customize the tag for the screen, the tag is displayed differently than what shows in the Crystal designer. If I preview the material tag from
Material Mangement - Shipping/Receiving - General Operations - Receipt Entry
the tag looks correct.

What am I missing? Any help is greatly apprectated, thanks!

Looking at the time this has been awaiting a response, I’m guessing you’ve solved this already?
In case not, I’ll guess that “looks different” means there’s a slight formatting discrepancy between what’s previewed and what’s printed.

With that caveat, I’ve had some issues with Crystal changing my output depending on which computer I use to print a document. I realized that Crystal has a few auto-formatting “features” that were problematic for us. I routinely turn those items off because they can skew the output just enough to throw off the positioning of certain data elements used for the APM document distribution system.

If this sounds like what you’re experiencing, look, in Crystal, at the “page setup” to make sure the document is saved with automatic formatting stuff turned off - like “optimize for screen display”, “Dissociate formatting…” and “Adjust automatically”… unless of course you need those.
