Ours are long too, so to be cheap, er, green, we just include a URL to our
T&C on our website with the appropriate version number and date (ISO 9000)
so the customers (or suppliers) can download our Terms and Conditions PDF.

How can I add this to the crystal report so that the last pages of the report are the T&C? I don't want it to show the PO header or any PO information on the header. I just want it to say Terms and Condition and list everything out.

Any ideas?

Here is what I have done in the past with this. Create a sub-report that
contains all of your terms and conditions. You can easily place a large
text field in the Report Header and then suppress all of the other sections
in the terms and conditions sub-report. Next add this to your Report Footer
in your POForm.rpt.



The reason that I like to include it as a sub-report is that I can apply
some logic as to when it is supposed to show up.
