Hello everyone,
I’m looking at the Time phase of a part. But, there are suggested quantities that I don’t understand.
As shown below, the suggested quantity for a part with a Min Order Qty and Lot Size of 1,000EA appears as 378EA. I thought the suggested quantity would be 1,000EA. There are many cases like this other than this part.
Why do these suggested quantities appear?
Other users have asked me, but I can’t answer.

What’s the Site record look like for this part?
I’m wondering since you’re under safety stock, you might be in Urgent Planning territory and it’s using the Zero there. Try changing the Min Ord Qty to 500 under Urgent Planning in the Site Record, and see if that becomes the new suggestion
