Good Morning,

Can some people tell me how long it takes to run po suggestions and the
number of part numbers that the program is scanning through?

Thanks!

Dale

We have 100's of customer parts which need to be uploaded on a regular basis. Has anyone been able to get the paste insert to work on the customer part grid view so we can easily upload from excel? I've tried many combinations but it usually fails after inserting the first record

There are a lot of variables to this? On our live system, it will take
less than 5 minutes, but on our test system it may take 15 minutes. So
your hardware is going to effect this a lot. We have about 7,000 part
numbers with about 30 new suggestions daily.

I imported almost 2000 customer parts during implementation with no
problem. The fields in my spreadsheet were: customer id, our part#,
our rev#, customer part#, customer rev#, description.

There are two part # columns in the grid. We needed to use the one
with the field name "PartNum" and not "BasePartNum" in order to get it
to work.
