I have to change my terms and conditions code (example REV "A"
11-2-2007) printed at the bottom of purchasing order. Can anyone help
me with this.

zuhaib
What version of Vantage are you using?

Is it a Crystal Report?

Are you just saying that you need to modify the text that appears in
one of the footers of the Crystal Report?

Is it possible that your organization has had several versions of the
PO Form and that you are looking at an older version?

To make sure that you are looking at the correct one:
Go to System Management,
Configuration Maintenance,
Report Sytle.
Find the PO Form.
Then there will be a list of Styles.
Look for the Style which is marked Type=Crystal and Default=Yes.
Double-click on that Style.
A new window will open which will show you the exact path and
filename where the Crystal Report is located.

Compare a sample hardcopy PO to the Crystal Report in the Design View
to locate the field you want to change.
