PO Tracker not displaying Inspection Info

I am in Vantage 406A. And I have set up security for some users to access the quality module, therefore only inspectors can access the Inspection Module. For the other users to check what happened to their part we print a custom crystal report with the information of PO number, received date and qty , inspection fail/accept etc. However, the purpose of having a PO tracker is to see all this information without printing a form and waste paper. Did anybody got the same problem? and how did you solve it?
