After converting PO suggestions to PO's...what is the flag, or how do
you determine which PO was "acted on"...sent, faxed, etc.
Scenario: 100 PO's are generated and faxed. Tomorrow 100 more. When
I convert them to PO's they appear to be just more PO's in the bucket
with no apparent flag desginating whether they were "acted on" or
not. Then they don't disappear unless there are receipts against
them.
I was just wondering how others handle this.
