Posting messages to the task log from a scheduled Epicor Function

Is there any way to add entries to the task log from an Epicor Function, to log errors or progress? I’m pretty sure I can figure out how to do it manually, but I was wondering if there was an existing library call I can make for this?

Gotta do it manually. It’s kind of a pain. We did it for a client a while back.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the code handy, but you can probably guess what it looks like.
